“Additional rear connector required to install my Esse stove. 1 week delay quoted after delivery of the main stove. 3 weeks later I was still progressing this with Direct Stoves. Their service levels are very poor . They did not contact me regarding delivery dates from the manufacturer nor pro actively progress the order. No contact unless I chased which amounted to three times in as many weeks. Poor service levels”
