We can see that in the delivery information email sent upon placing the most recent order, we had stated the following: "In the rare event any of your items arrive damaged or missing, please notify our customer service department within 24 hours of receiving the delivery".
With this in mind, we would recommend contacting our dispatch team ASAP so that we can advise further.

We were sorry to hear of the issues experienced with the electric stove. As we're sure you can appreciate, guarantee periods are generally at the discretion of the manufacturer and the lifetime of some parts may very much depend upon the frequency and context of an appliance's use.
We also appreciate the inconvenience experienced in trying to source replacement parts that would rectify the issue. This said, we would stress that our customer service team did coordinate with the supplier to try and identify the component(s) required, so that we could assist as much as possible in terms of after-sales care.

“First things first. I'm not Anthony Matthews. I assume that I have bought my flue via a third party who's representative is Anthony Matthews.
Second point... although Anthony Matthews advised that delivery would be 3 to 5 working days, two weeks on and my flue is nowhere to be seen resulting in my builder having to go another job.
The outcome... my project is going to be delayed by a minimum of a month with a cost implication of around£2,500 in loss of income ( it's a holiday cottage) because of a product that I have yet to see but for which I have been asked twice to review. Not happy!”
