“Really poor customer service. My order went missing which I was told by the third party delivery company, but when I contacted Direct Stoves they insisted everything was fine. I had to do a lot of chasing back and forth myself to sort it out as Direct Stoves didn’t seem very bothered; I had to insist they open a case for my missing order so that I could get a replacement. Then when it finally arrived the electric stove was faulty and again, I had to keep chasing for a resolution from them. I’m still waiting to hear on getting a replacement. Nightmare customer service experience”
