“Direct stoves customer service exemplary, fantastic, first rate. Sadly let down by delivery drivers/manufacturers, first stove was wrong one and second one sent so badly damaged it was unrecognisable smashed glass all over the place and dangerous to open. Such a shame as great customer service, everything dealt with quickly and professionally particularly by Sarah but sadly let down by manufacturers and delivery companies they use.”
“You need to confirm a delivery date at point of order. A delivery date of 2 to 4 days isn’t good enough. You should confirm an exact delivery date at point of order. It would also be wise to ask for a review of your service once the product has been delivered. I’m not complaining however it’s hard to judge a service before you have received the product.”
