It arrived in good condition, was simple to install, and is working very well indeed. On high flame it very like a log fire. We are very happy with it and would recommend it.”

Unfortunately, due both to the demand caused by the current energy crisis and the availability of parts for certain models, we are in some instances being notified of manufacturer delays with quite short notice.
