“Brought this stove customer service was brilliant when it arrived with a broken fire brick they quickly sent out a very well packaged a new set. Haven't been fitted the stove yet but it is perfect for what we want. Just checkthe junk folder for the delivery details.”
“Having waited for the last two and a half hours, the delivery of the stove I ordered has just been cancelled and it will not now be delivered until the day after tomorrow. This is very poor service indeed and most inconvenient. Why should anyone want to buy stove from you if you cannot arrange delivery in a proper manner??”
I’m very sorry if your order didn’t arrive on time. I know you were booked in by DX the two man service we use for delivery on Monday and they had to cancel and rebook the delivery for Wednesday and I believe that they delivered on this day.
We carefully choose the delivery companies we work with and they have a 98% success rate with deliveries. But with all delivery services there’s always a small percentage that don’t arrive on the specified delivery date. This could be for any number of reasons from heavy traffic to a broken down delivery van.
I apologise again that the first day you were given for delivery didn't happen.
