However.... information about delivery was not fully described and once selected can't be changed.
After sales, delivery, etc... not so great!
Communications is terrible - can't cope with changes - no flexibility - disconnect between company selling the stoves, the company arranging dispatch and the delivery company - too many badly connected parts is bound to experience problems.”

“Very elegant British wood stove which suits our Victorian fire surround. The widescreen is fabulous and can't stop admiring its open-fire effect. Great quality materials, stylish and robust with a 5 to 8kw output.

Thanks for your review. We appreciate your feedback regarding the solid construction of the stove and its functionality.
Regarding the handle, and as you have observed, this will become hot over time while the stove is in use. We list a single stove glove in the fitting kits on our website, this designed to help in stoking and adding wood without having to wait for the stove to cool down.
We've only generally heard of problems with the log guard in instances where the stove has been overloaded with fuel. This said, if you do need any advice then we'd recommend getting in touch so that we can assist further.
