“Purchased for large window and extra heat - very pleased - great to sit and watch and really warms up the room its in. We even feel the effects of it upstairs. Live in a 2 bed terraced and this is perfect fit.
Only negative is the ash pan is relatively small and has no lip, so getting any excess ash out the fireplace if its missed the pan, is a bit of a pain.
But overall worthy of 5 stars.”

“i purchased the stove 4 weeks before i actually received the full order, the stove arrived first but the installation pack didn't not arrived so i got in contact with direct stove and they told me the installation pack is from another supplier and they haven't passed my order to them, when i spoke to customer service from direct stove they didn't seem care and they said will be in touch very unprofessional, i shouldn't chase my order from another supplier it's not on description of term and conditions when i agreed to buy the stove, i wouldn't shop there again.”
