“Arrived on time & very well packaged in a wooden grate, which was attached to a pallet. Looks lovely once installed. Glad we went for the deluxe version. It also has clear glass vent which is a nice touch. Kicks out plenty of heat, we have a large lounge & dining through to kitchen, but it still copes at 5kw. Easy to clean. Overall very pleased.”
