“My liner didn’t come as 7 meters it came at 6.8 meters so had to go get another from a shop and has been a nightmare trying to get my money bk still not refunded”

We can see that our team had acknowledged receipt of the complaint and had asked for photos to demonstrate the problem, so that they could arrange collection and process a refund once the liner pack is back with the supplier. This is as per our usual returns/refund policy.
