“A really substantial well constructed and stylish cast iron wood fired oven and table. I have only used a couple of times as the weather so far this year in the UK has not been great. The first time was in very high winds so that the oven lost heat very quickly, so for me this is going to be a steep learning curve, especially in relation to mastering and managing the use of kiln dried wood. However I can't do much about the weather!”

As you mention, it's hard to account for British weather and there is a certain amount of trial and error involved in getting any given stove or oven to the desired output. That said, it's great to hear that you've been impressed with the quality of your new Morso Forno Deluxe outdoor oven so far.
