“Cant get an installer to fit on the fact that the opening size is too small. Nothing mentioned online about minimum size required around stove. Waste of money and time, phoned company to say theres nothing that can be done! Dont bother with this company”

Any heating appliance is going to require a certain clearance from combustible and then non-combustible materials. Unfortunately, we can't always guarantee that any given appliance will be suitable for any given surround or chamber, and we heavily recommend contacting our sales team if any assistance is needed in choosing ahead of an order.
We do offer a returns policy for items including gas stoves but, as we're sure you can appreciate, we can't always assist with products outside of the returns period.
