“We paid the full amount for our stove weeks ago as online it said “in stock” although you have been in receipt of our payment for several weeks our stove hasn’t arrived yet…. And apparently won’t be arriving until mid December…. We are disappointed as we wanted this ready for the cold months and installed before Christmas…. I think the website mis led us by stating it was in stock when it wasn’t…. All this time the money could have remained in our bank and not yours, I don’t think you should have taken payment until it was due to be delivered… I am disappointed”
“We are pleased with our gas stove ! However we were told when we purchased the fire that you had a list of fitters in the area , we rang up to get this list so we could arrange for someone to come and fit it for us , to be told that we actually havn’t sourced any LPG fitters in the South West , I think it should be made clear there are certain parts of the UK that you have not got fitters to recommend to your customers . The fire came around the 19 th February and hopefully if the fitter gets back to us we will have a fire.”

We are sorry for any confusion regarding our services. Unfortunately, while our fitting team does provide details for coverage areas relating to vetted Gas Safe Engineers, there are some differences in requirements between natural gas and LPG installers. The fitting team will have tried to make arrangements to the best of their ability, and we can only apologise for not having been of more assistance.
