“Looks like a very good product. also very good with service and delivery. I've yet to install the fire so haven't seen it in action but by the quality of the product, I don't expect a problem. This is a 2 man job because of weight. I couldn't hit a joist so used plasterboard fixings { 8 in total } It held just fine but just to make sure, I manufactured a mini-jack { 45mm to 55mm } to place at the bottom between hearth and Vlase, to take the weight off the wall fixings. I feel this is a job for a pro or someone good at D.I.Y. I hope this helps!”
