“The stove looks lovely but it is so noisy that you can't sit and listen to the radio /tv while it is on. Really disappointed- I put it on and leave the room while it is heating up then I can use the room with it turned off. The delivery driver was fantastically helpful!”
“Only had the electric log burner for a short while but so far it works well but having to turn it on/off on the actual stove as the remote control does not seem to work. Fan slightly noisy but it is a fairly cheap heater so you would expect that but aesthetically it is a very nice looking log burner.”

There will always be a certain amount of noise generated while the heater is on, given that electric stoves typically utilise fan heaters. As you quite rightly say, there can be differences between models depending on the price point, and our sales team is always happy to advise where needed.

“My new stove was delivered without the piece to shut the door. I double checked the box it came in but it was not there. However as soon as I reported this error a replacement part came very quickly and all is well now.
I find the new control box difficult to use, but this is probably an age thing. I have another Celsi stove and the control box for it is very simple and easy to use. Apart from these things I think the quality is excellent and looks attractive.”
