“We love our new Elgin & Hall Desire Gas Stove. It makes the lounge look very cosy. The reason we have only given 4 stars is because of the trouble we have had getting it to light. We had to get the gas engineer back twice which cost us extra money. It still does not light easily and needs several times clicking to get it to light. We have never had this trouble with a gas fire in the past.”
