“Fire is lovely but have been trying to obtain missing magnets for over 5 weeks very disapointed it has taken this long as they have still not arrived even though i was promised that they would be sent”

“I love the fire however it was quite difficult to fit into the recess as the power cord came out of the right hand side instead of it instead of the back. My son had to chisel an area out for it it to fit into the fire surround. Pleased it has a remote as I am very disabled. Customer service were very helpful when my daughter rang them”

“Lovely looking fire and does warm my lounge well but a bit noisy till you get used to it only gave it 4 stars as it scares my cat and will not come in the room whilst on, but to be honest most noises scare her.”
“Fire arrived on date it was expected,well packaged.The different light choices and coal bed,gems,logs or pebbles makes it very attractive and easy to change. Gives good heat though not had it on for long as not needed at the moment.”
“A great fit in our old ( but lovely) fireplace. Looks very modern and really like the ability to change from logs, stones, coals or crystals. Gives out ample heat to take chill off when central heating isn’t needed.”
