“The fire, when we eventually got it fitted, is great. The service provided was atrocious - incorrect information given at the survey leading to installation not possible on the date booked, subsequent delivery dates not met, emails not answered, the wrong fire trim delivered, general lack of communication. A very incompetent business.”
