“Lovely looking fire, lots of features from colour of flames and bed of fire to logs that look very real and even crackle if required. Heat output very good. Two tone light and dark grey are very modern and suit style of room being contemporary. Direct Fireplaces were extrememly helpful regarding information about fire and fitting. Very prompt delivery and fitter Tony, brilliant at job and very professional. Would thoroughly recommend .”
