“Very disappointed in this fire .Not the quality of previous fire.The coals have dropped down at least six times after moving them to what seems a,steady position but on cooling they fall down .I think they require to be larger to stay in position .Not the confidence in this fire that I would have wished.”
“The turn on button is far too low to the bottom it hits the hearth and it takes a while to heat up . I find it difficult to turn it on anyone with big fingers couldnt turn it on it's too low to the bottom nearly touching the hearth”

We are sorry to hear of any difficulty experienced with the manual controls. The control dial is by necessity located towards the bottom of the fire, as it is this which ignites the gas from the pilot assembly and allows the flame to be adjusted.
