“We had always wanted to replace our gas fire and when we saw this one we couldn't not buy it. We ordered it and came straight away but unfortunately it got smashed during transportation. We contacted customer services and within a couple of hours they got in touch with us to send a replacement. At the same time we realised that we had chosen the wrong colour so we asked customer services and they also arranged that for us. Finally we've been able to get someone to fit it in and looks great. There is one little piece that needs replacing but i don't foresee any problems with customer services.”
