“Beautiful looking fireplace. Arrived well wrapped. Delivery guys are polite and helpful. Shame when unwrapping the fire to find the red bricks surrounding had 5 damaged. Awaiting a response from customer care.
2nd /replacement fireplace arrived 4 weeks later, the fire nest missing, and split in fire surround.
3rd fireplace 3 weeks later arrived to replace the 2nd fireplace, only to find that the orange water tank missing.
Once again delivery guys were very helpful.
You have to get better quality checks/inspectors.
Expensive fireplace with shabby workmanship. would not recommend it.”
