“The fireplace is amazing , however for the price and the money , I would of thought it came made up to have, to assemble fire and the surround for the price we paid I didn’t expect , but despite that the fire is great , looks stunning , and the quality is great too , the only negative is we had to assemble it , if we were notifies in advance that it was not a complete unit , it might of prepared us for its arrival and it wouldn’t have been a bit of a shock when it was delivered that we had to assemble it.”

That said, we're sorry to hear of any confusion in regards to the product details and the requirement for assembly. We would note that the Q&A section on the website's product page does advise that this suite requires some assembly. Fireplace suites don't typically arrive fully assembled due to the increased risk of damage in transit to constituent parts if they are not sent pre-assembled, as well as the weight of products.
