“The fire once fitted was great unfortunately the fitting instruction were a nightmare they were totally incorrect having spoken to BFM the manufacturer of the fire who were far from helpful we were finally given the number of the company who made the suite who were very helpful and helped my husband to complete the installation. Direct fireplaces were also very helpful if it wasn’t for the fact we loved the fire we would have returned it for a full refund because BFM were just so so unhelpful and indifferent to our problems.”
