We're glad to hear that you've been impressed with the Suncrest Santos electric fire. As you mention, this appliance offers an elegant LED flame effect that gives a warm atmosphere even when the heater is not in use; as you'll be aware, there is still a 1-2kW fan heater included for those instances in which customers might need a little bit more to the room.
