“Very pleased with great quality fireplace the first one that was delivered was knocked about a bit I think because of delivery company but within a week was picked up and new one delivered nothing was to much trouble”
“My delivery wasn’t good as the delivery guys were not friendly or helpful they dumped it in the middle of my room, I am a pensioner on my own and had to shift it myself. When I opened it it was very badly damaged. I contacted you straight away and two weeks later someone took it back and I requested my money back.”
