“This is a quality item. Expensive, yes, but at present the cost seems to be worth it. It was delivered well packed and on time. It took 2 of us about 45 mins to fit as we were being very deliberate in following the fairly vague fitting instructions. However, once we had interpreted them correctly the job was easy.
The fire really is the centre piece of the room in which it is fitted, it’s such a clever design and looks brilliant.
It provides plenty of heat if needed and the controls couldn’t be simpler to use.

“The fireplace Suite is well presented but the instruction let the whole thing down. It would be a good idea if they did a video of how to set this particular unit up rather than how to fit it. I did find one particular bit strange and that's you have to put the remote control unit in the fridge as it's part of thermostat if the room is too hot.
Would I recommend this fire, I'm afraid not.”
