We are sorry for any confusion regarding the fire that you had chosen. It is increasingly uncommon to find a full depth electric media wall fire which does not include a mirrored backing. This is because the mirror effectively reflects the fuel bed to give the illusion that the flame effect rises from the centre, akin to an authentic solid fuel fire.
As this is a showroom exclusive item, we do generally recommend contacting the closest showroom to confirm availability in the chosen size, and to see the fire in person ahead of an order.
