Thank you for your review. It's good to hear that you have been impressed with the BlazeBright Oxford electric fire.
We're sorry for any inconvenience regarding the delivery. We can see that you had ordered the fire on the 27/12/24 while our offices were closed over the winter period. At that time, our website will have listed our usual expected lead time (approx. 5-7 working days).
On our return, our Dispatch team contacted you to advise that, as per information from the supplier, the fire had fallen out of stock with them and was on a Mid-February lead time. The fire did actually end up coming into stock earlier than anticipated and we can see that you were contacted again by email on the 17/1/25, to advise that this would be arranged as a book-in between yourself and the courier.
For future reference, we should advise that we do have images and a video of the flame effect for this fire on our product page to let customers make an informed purchasing decision. The website does also currently list an updated lead time for new customers.
