“The fire I was sent was not the one I ordered and when you were contacted by my plummer he was told that the fire did not require the side pieces.which was rubbish.the gyst of it was that you did not want me to send the fire back or for you to collect it and deliver me the correct fire that fitted the sidepieces.The fire did not have the required pieces to slot them in and I can take this fire out and return it to you for the correct one I paid for you have had my money and I want the fire I paid for.Not a good reflection on your company.A reply would be appreciated.”
