I'm sorry the fire arrived damaged. This can happen but we always try and sort it out ASAP. We did offer a replacement but you wanted a refund which is no issue. With regards the time it'll take to refund you. It won't be 30 days and this was never stated we simply need to get the damaged item back before we can issue a refund. Once it's back we will process a refund straight away.
