“Direct Fireplaces were not the cheapest on line but I am so glad that I bought from them. I had a cosmetic defect with my fire. They arranged a replacement that was delivered within 48 hours on a Satuday morning at no cost. To me you only find out how good a company is when something goes wrong. The service is second to none.”
