“Looks lovely, and makes us feel cosy having the flame effect light on. Thankfully we don’t need to rely on the heater for warmth, as we’ve found it is quite noisy when on. When the light is on it makes a sort of fake fire noise which can be slightly annoying when there are no other noises in the room, otherwise you don’t generally hear this sound.”
