“Very pleased with the fireplace, if you have reasonable DIY skills it's relatively easy to build, but no build instructions are provided, also it's Very heavy. Once built it does look fabulous, I do think with the grand scale of the fireplace a large room is required so it doesn't dominate the room.”

Regarding assembly, we do suggest arranging an expert installer given the weight of components and the fact that not all suppliers issue printed instructions.
This said, our customer service team is always on hand to advise and we can potentially arrange installations through our partner, Direct Heating Services, if need be.

“The fireplace itself is magnificent, but it would have helped a lot if there were even a single page of installation instructions. There are a couple of critical placements and it is not good enough to have to guess where everything goes, especially as the stonework is so heavy.
But after a few curses and trial and error placements, all in all I am very pleased with the result.”
