“In the main, we are pleased with the fire and it looks good now it is in place. However, we are disappointed with the information we were given before our order. We were told on several occasions that the flex came out on the bottom right-hand side, however, it was at the top on the left. This caused extra expense to relocate the electricity supply. Disappointed by the incorrect information we were given. We have contacted Direct - Fireplaces, however, as yet received no reply.”
