“Perfect fire suite, well worth the money and wait. Had damage on delivery of the mantel, this was dealt with on the same day and a replacement sourced from their supplier within 2 weeks.
Can't fault direct fireplace service and would like to thank Claire for her helpfulness and efficiency.

“Great customer service and quick response to my queries. Only issue would be that some fitting instructions especially for the tiles / bar support would have been helpful, we did end up with a couple of cracked tiles but managed to get someone to mend them . The support staff did try and contact the supplier but they didn’t have any instructions . But other than that I am very pleased with the quality of the fireplace, it looks fantastic and again the support staff were really helpful and responsive.”

We were sorry for any confusion in terms of the fitting. Not every supplier provides printed instructions with their fireplaces, with the understanding that they'd normally recommend that fitting be carried out by an experienced installer.
