“nowhere in information until bought that is not suitable for anything but small fire and no fixing bracket supplied or instructions,would not recommend this”
“a lift inside would have been helpful from the delivery driver and the rectangular plate for the fire to sit on has not come with it. i have been trying to contact but keep getting through to percy doughty and they keep saying to speak to yourselves. otherwise we are very satisfied with the fire. could you please forward the base?
