“Sadly you didn’t send me what I ordered - you sent me a navy item and other fjord coloured items. Given these don’t match I can’t use them. Disappointing as I then had to source other linen - outside of Black Friday. I would say that getting customers orders correct would be your best marketing….rather than surveys.”
