“The quality of both the fabric and the manufacture is great. The price of the duvet cover I bought was a lot lower than one would expect for an item of such quality. I usually buy my bedding from Heals, but certainly won't be doing that again as Dip and Doze beats them on all fronts. I also made a mistake when ordering. I phoned the customer service number and my order was made good immediately. I received a follow up phone call just to check that all details were in fact correct. They were, and I received my order in a very short time. It was well packaged and the duvet came in a useful storage/dust bag. Fantastic service all round. As a result I will be ordering from them again and can highly recommend them.”
