“I am really pleased with my Duvet set. The fabric is soft and smooth and the duvet cover and pillow slips are well made. I love that they are fair trade and organic. Like another reviewer, I was disappointed that the items arrived in plastic bags, but apparently the new stock will not be packaged in plastic. They don’t need to be because they come in washable bags to keep the linen in once laundered.”

Although, we're so sorry to hear about your disappointment with the recycled plastic bags. The reason that this is necessary is so that our products stay perfectly clean and dry. However, as you said, we have begun implementing compostable bags so soon we will be completely plastic-free.

“Previously, I'd always used sheets from The White Company as they're known for quality, but this time I wanted to try something new. I came across Dip and Doze and instantly fell in love with the simplicity of the styles on offer and decided to purchase the original white set. I was impressed with the details of the product and how the cotton is organic and fair trade and I found the price very reasonable for the product and couldn't wait to see how they were in person. When the sheets arrived, I was so pleased and they looked and felt such good quality and I couldn't wait to put them on the bed. They washed up so well and even my partner commented on how luxurious they felt!! Already they're my new favourite sheets and feel so much nicer than any I already own and I'll certainly be purchasing more (hopefully the star embroidered set next time!)”
