Good morning Hazel. We’re so glad to hear that you're happy with the feel of our cool & crisp fabric. Regarding the size, cotton will shrink the first few times it’s washed as it’s a completely natural material. We don’t use any harmful sizing chemicals to pre-shrink our products, so our bed linen is deliberately manufactured to be slightly too big to allow for this slight shrinkage. We recommend washing it a few times at 40ºc, after which it should fit beautifully. We’d be delighted to discuss this further with you if you like. “The sheet is lovely. Soft cotton with good elastic all around. It fits our deep mattress fine. The cotton bag is surplus to requirements though and a waste of materials. Also, each sheet came packaged in plastic and cardboard. Why not just one of these if you are trying to be an environmentally responsible company?”

Hi Sarah, We're delighted to hear that you're happy with your new bedding! Our re-usable drawstring bags are actually made to reduce waste. The offcuts from production are usually just thrown away, so we decided to turn these left over bits of fabric into something that you can re-use around the house or on the move. All of our packaging is also recycled and recyclable. Without your bedding being folded around cardboard it would arrive very creased and not keep its folded shape on its journey to you. However, we also hate to use plastic, even if it's recycled, so we are working hard on bio-degradable bags.
