Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that your are disappointed with the print.
I have checked this for you and can see that you have supplied a low resolution image file for printing. This file was also the wrong size for the product you wanted to order.
Our pre press team did flag this with you and supply proofs by email, giving you the opportunity to either print the file supplied, change the file or cancel the order. I can see that you have emailed back approving the proof and telling us to go ahead and print the order.
Apologies but as a direct to print service we can only print the files and designs as supplied by customers. We do not provide additional design services and printed this work based on you authorising the proofs.
