“unable to contact them to get proof sorted, So-called live chat is not live, telephone number non existant, and was unable to get doc sorted before it went to print, so i recieved a unuseable printrun because the 2 sides wern't aligned correctly.. as i was trying to inform and get sorted, and same day actually took 3 days.. not impressed and will never use again”

I am sorry you have felt the need to leave a negative review of our service. Please allow me to clear up the details of your order.
You placed the order via our website outside of office hours at 19:37hrs on 10/09/24 . This is why no one was available to answer your phone calls and why our live chat service was not active. As advised on our website, the office hours are 08:30am - 18:00hrs.
You have also chosen the express production option meaning the order goes straight to print without any human interaction, thus allowing the fast turnaround time. By the time you spoke with us the following morning the order had already been completed and it was too late to make any further amendments. This why we ask for fully set up, print ready and proof read designs to be submitted with orders. We can only print what you give us to print, apologies.
The estimated delivery your have chosen, confirmed and purchased for your order was 12/09/24. I can see when check the tracking provided with your order that DPD delivered the order on 12/09/24 as expected. Apologies but we cannot be responsible for you not checking the tracking to see it had been left at the safe space of the delivery address.
I am sorry to hear that you will be exploring alternative suppliers for you future orders, I hope you can find a service you are happier with.
