“The quality of the print was outstanding. Truly beautiful colours, imaging and service. The binding however was very poor and all the books are falling apart and pages coming out after being opened sometimes for the first time. The books can not be pressed open, restricting the full view of the pages. It is impossible to request this of customers and I now have to reorder the books from a different vendor to replace many of the books I've sold so far (I'm planning to have to eventually replace all of them).
So great for a draft or small project. But not recommended for a commercial book.

I am sorry the books have not arrived as expected. Unfortunately our perfect bound books are not designed to lay flat as this will break the glue and pages will fall out.
We state on our website to allow 12mm on the bound edges of your artwork to allow for the spine that will not be seen.
We do always wish to rectify issues if there was an issue before the books were used and ask that customers contact us directly with issues when orders are received so we can resolve promptly.
