“Unfortunately due to a technical error with the people printers servers the printing was delayed and we were informed that the printing would not be delivered until after our wedding. We contacted the company and arranged to have a wedding guest collect the order directly from the printing house so that it would arrive on time. Initially we were delighted as our guest collected our labelled packages from the printers the day before the wedding. To our horror when we opened our wedding seating plan on the morning of the wedding we found that the tube labeled with our name contained a massive menu for cafe rather than our seating plan. We were very disappointed that our printing was delayed in the first instance and in the second that we were issued with the wrong item and have not had any correspondence with the company since. Thankfully our hotel printed out the seating plan on individual a4 sheets .”
