“I have ordered for 1 day express & paid extra £10 for express. End up not next day but take 2 working days to arrive & no refund for my express fees. I have ordered for several times but it was quite disappointing this time & the quality not good either this time”

Hi Linh, Thank you for the review. I am sorry that the order was delayed, I can see that the order was printed and despatched within 4 hours of ordering on the same day. Unfortunately, Parcel Force delayed the order by one day and it was delivered the following working day. I apologise but I have looked and see no communication from you regarding the delay or issues with the quality. I am going to refund the delivery charge as the order was delayed by one day, if you had got in touch with us we would have happily sorted this for you. We have dropped you an email asking for more information on the issue you have had with the quality as we would love to get this sorted. Please do give us a shout.
