“Easy to use website. Much easier than I thought it would be. Would definitely use again. My only criticism would be the delivery estimate was way out and my package was a couple of days late, missing my event. So order in plenty of time.”

Hi Jacqui Thanks for your review. I am glad you are so pleased with your prints. I am sorry that there was a delay in your delivery. We do state estimated delivery as couriers do not provide guaranteed delivery as factors including breakdowns weather etc can affect delivery. I can see you did have an estimated delivery on a Friday and it was delivered on the next working day on Monday. “This was an excellent service, the print quality was great, the paper was high quality, and they were very speedy. I've dropped a star because of the delivery from Parcelforce which took 4 days from when I know they were ready - not what I expect from a so-called Express Service. Their tracking option is not helpful either. Change your courier, Digital printing, or let us pick stull up.”

I can see that your order was despatched on a Friday as per the invoice which means the next delivery day was Monday which was stated as the estimated delivery date on your invoice.
