Good afternoon Callum, I am sorry to see that you have left us a negative online review, despite us discussing your order already via email. To recap again, we contacted you to advise that your order was placed incorrectly as you had not included versions and we did in fact amend the order waiving the additional costs for these versions. You were advised in the email sent confirming this that the new estimated delivery would be Monday 14th. With regards to the colour on the rear - you had ordered one sided printing only and did not supply any artwork for the rear so we would have processed to print the one side with the artwork provided and the rear would be left unprinted. As the order has been produced as placed and advised there has been no error. Apologies but if you would like a different result on future print you will need to place the orders correctly and chose the spec you would like. Of course we would still like to help you should you decide to place a new order with amended spec. If doing so please get in touch and we can arrange some discount to help with the costs.
