We hadn't however not given them the opportunity to respond to my dissatisfaction before we posted the review. We had purchased banners before from them, which were perfect, so the issue we had was unexpected. Since finding out about the issue, Digital Printing have gone above and beyond to put things right and certainly have impressed with their aftersales service. “Quick production and shipping and includes a surprisingly good quality case with a shoulder strap. I had a hard time getting it to roll back up evenly but got it after a couple of tries. Well worth the money and looks great!”

“First time purchase here from these guys, within a few days of ordering my X3 roll up printed advertising stands arrived. my only criticism would be the quality of the boxes they came in were very bashed about and very tatty once they arrived, but the products were undamaged. However I would order again.”
