“I can say about my 2nd order so so as first I paid for special delivery and items were sent 1day later and also it's real shame you don't have preview as I could avoid mistake this happened this time. Probably again I won't see my review”

Hi Ewelina Thank you for leaving a review, however I must disagree with your comments. I have the courier tracking here showing that your order arrived on the estimated delivery day as planned, so was not late at all and your comments in this regard are entirely false. Regarding the mistake that you have made in your your artwork. We are a direct to print upload print service. We ask for all submitted artwork to be fully set up, print ready and proof read. We do not have a proof reading service and anything submitted the wrong size will be scaled to fit as per your chosen size. We have not made any error with the printing or delivery of this order so your negative review here is entirely misrepresentative of the order and of our service. Had you come to us directly for help with this we could have advised you what was wrong and what you needed to do to fix your artwork before submitting the order. We are available for contact via phone , chat and e-mail and provide a full set of artwork instructions (shown before and during the order process) and templates for you to follow. I can only assume that you have not followed any of these and instead have adopted a hit and hope approach. We are still happy to assist you if you would like to get in touch on 01908 850 135. We can advised what needs to be done to fix your artwork and were to find the templates etc so that you do not miss them again. Please get in touch, we are ready to help as always. Hi Max Thanks for leaving us this review. I am sorry to see that we lost a star for the Royal Mail postal service being late. Unfortunately this is something beyond our control, particularly at the moment given the current pandemic working conditions.
